This is a language acquisition paper designed for absolute beginners in Spanish. The course emphasizes the development of competence in communication in the four skills - reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Students also improve their thinking skills by comparing the terms and cultural contexts they are learning, with those of their first language.

The course is intended for students planning to take a foreign language as part of their studies, and those who wish to take Spanish as a degree.
